Role: SEO Manager. Newly created position.
Reporting to: Marketing Director.

The challenge:
Do you have a passion for SEO?. Have you worked in complex projects entailing multiple languages and multiple products? Do you have at least 4 years experience in hands on SEO as well as Project management? Do you have experience on the overall process of content publishing, link building strategy, use of social media to attract link popularity to the site? Are you a good communicator in order to talk to the front end team about how the code needs to be written for SEO? Are you looking to join a fast growing company? And lastly, do you like multitasking?

About The Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind the SEO strategy for the company, and will have an essential role that will shape the way content is structured on the website.

• Performing extensive keyword, competitor and market analysis in multiple countries/languages.
• Researching and preparing comprehensive written SEO recommendations for delivery to the dev team. These recommendations will be on subjects ranging from technical website implementation to social media marketing.
• Providing technical and SEO knowledge.
• Analysing and proposing solutions to SEO issues as and when they crop up.
• You will be expected to contribute positively to the company by keeping abreast of new developments in SEO and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improving search engine rankings.
 
Profil recherché:
About “You”:
• At least 2 years dedicated SEO experience and a proven track record of attaining first page search engine rankings for competitive search terms.
• An in depth understanding of search engines, their algorithms and SEO in all its guises.
• A highly analytical mind, comfortable manipulating and analysing large amounts of data.
• Have XML/MySQL/Access/PHP HTML, CSS knowledge.
• Fluent English essential, other languages a distinct advantage.
• Exposure to PPC
• Capable of working independently whilst keeping in mind the team´s obejectives.
